The Needville Youth Fair offers several facilities available for public rental throughout the year. Whether you are hosting a livestock event, meeting, training, community gathering, private event, or educational program, our fairgrounds provide flexible rental options to meet your needs.

Deposits & Payments
- NYF Event Hall Building Deposit: $150
- Security Deposit: $500 (individual facilities)
- Entire Facility Security Deposit: $1,500
- 50% reservation deposit required at booking
- Remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event
Cleaning fees may apply based on facility usage and condition after the event.
Insurance Requirements
All renters must provide proof of General Liability Insurance with minimum coverage of:
- $1,000,000 per occurrence
- $2,000,000 aggregate
The Needville Youth Fair must be listed as an Additional Insured on the policy. Insurance certificates must be submitted at least 14 days before the event.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol may only be served with prior written approval from the Needville Youth Fair.
If alcohol is approved:
- All TABC regulations must be followed
- Alcohol may only be served to individuals 21 years of age or older
- Additional event insurance may be required
- Security personnel or law enforcement presence may be required during the event
Additional requirements will be reviewed during the rental approval process.
Livestock Events
For events involving livestock:
- Animals must be supervised at all times
- No loose animals are permitted on the grounds
- Stalls must be completely cleaned following the event
- Bedding, shavings, feed, and manure must be removed
- Failure to properly clean stalls may result in additional charges or forfeiture of deposits
Facility Rules
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all users:
- No illegal activities are permitted
- No fireworks without written approval
- No open fires except in designated areas
- Vehicles are not permitted inside the arena without approval
- Parking must remain in designated areas
- Amplified sound must end by 10:00 PM unless otherwise approved
Renters are responsible for all guests, vendors, participants, and event staff.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a deposit refund.
- Cancellations within 30 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
